Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Orders not requiring custom painting ship out within 3 business days after order is received (excluding weekends or holiday's). Orders requiring custom painting ship out within 1 week after order is received. **For large customized order requests (6 or more earrings) the time may be longer. Tracking numbers will be emailed after order is shipped.

Q: How do I request custom painted earrings?

A: To request a certain color(s) on earrings that originally come in the light natural wooden color choose the selection under each pair needing paint that says "Paint A Pair". When checking out in the additional notes section list the colors you want on each pair. You can also send me an email requesting the earrings you want to have painted.

Q: Can all the earrings you sell be custom painted?

A: No. Only the earrings that come in the light natural wooden color & have an option to "Paint A Pair" can be painted. 

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: No. All items purchased are final sale. If, however, you receive an item and it has been damaged while being shipped notify me immediately with a picture of the damaged item and I will replace it with the same or similar item at no additional charge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. Since shipping costs will vary please contact me with your location and your order so I can ensure you are charged the correct shipping cost.

Q: Do you expedite shipping?

A: Yes, I can if you notify me in advance, prior to completing your order. There is an additional shipping charge for this request.

Q: Do you offer clip-on earrings or hypo-allergenic hooks?

A: Yes, for an additional $2 a pair I can convert any of the hook earrings and large butterfly studs into clip-ons and replace any hook with hypo-allergenic hooks.  I can also convert the button earrings to clip-ons as well. However, I am not able to replace any posts on the stud earrings with hypo-allergenic posts. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you request this service.

Q: Do you make earrings?

A: I make all of my button & custom wooden geometic earrings. I purchase all of the wooden earrings already made and then I paint them.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes, I wholesale many (not all) of my earrings. If you are interested please email me and I will send over the information. 

Q: What happens if I never receive my order?

A: I ship all items within the shipping time frame via USPS. I also provide tracking numbers that are emailed to the email you provide with your order so that you can track your items. Once I ship out your order and provide you with tracking I am not responsible if the items was lost or stolen. You would need to reach out to your local post office to see what they can do to assist. If, however, an item is damanged while being shipped please send me a pictures ASAP and I will try my best to replace.
